Responsibilities

Director of Patient Services

• Support and assistance with all your needs and concerns

Home Maker Aide (HMA)

• Assists with bath, oral hygiene, hair care, nail and skin care
• Assists with position change, provide for elimination and dressing
• Assists with transfers and ambulation
• Assists with special equipment, active exercise and vital signs
• Assists with meal planning, preparation and feeding
• Assists with linen change, laundry, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and other errands
• Cares for drainage bag, elastic stockings, soaks and range of motion exercises
• Cares for ostomy equipment, rehab devices, skin care
• Documents care daily on all cases, reports any incidents or changes in condition of patient to Field Supervisor
• Assists with medical appointments and medication reminders

Personal Care Aide (PCA)

• Assists with bath, oral hygiene, hair care, nail and skin care
• Assists with position change, provide for elimination, dressing, and transfers and ambulation
• Assists with meal planning, preparation and feeding
• Assists with linen change, laundry, light housekeeping and grocery shopping
• Documents care daily on all cases, reports any incidents or changes in condition of patient to RN Field Supervisor
• Assists with doctor’s appointment and medication monitoring

Live-In Services

• All of the above HMA and PCA services can be established on a live-in basis.   Our live-in home service is truly a Nursing Home Alternative delivered by professional and caring staff.
