Avondale Health Services (AHS) provides Clients with options for receiving health care:
Private Duty Home Care or Assisted Living.
Private Duty Homecare AHS' professional private duty home care services helps meet the daily needs of recovering, disabled, chronically or terminally ill persons in need of medical, nursing, social or therapeutic treatment and/or assistance with the essential activities of daily living. Our Nurses will visit you to make an initial assessment of your health care needs. To provide the highest standard of care, we coordinate your care with your medical provider and other assisting agencies. A RN Field Supervisor is assigned to visit our Patients regularly and can help answer questions, (re)evaluate your needs. Assisted Living an alternative to in-home care.
Assisted Living
Communities offers cost effective health and personal care services to help those who need assistance with their daily living activites, but wish to live as independently as possible for as long as possible. Residents in AHS' assisted living centers get help with their daily living activities such as meals, bathing, dressing, laundry, housekeeping, assistance with medications.
Referral Services
Our free referral service to families is designed to assist in locating the most appropriate senior communities in various geographic areas for your loved ones. We have a highly qualified and knowledgeable staff with over 17 years experience in senior care who offer professional advice on other alternative senior services that are available.
